Everything you need to know before joining.

When does the programme start and end?
The programme runs from May 4 to June 28, 2026. That is 8 weeks exactly. Registration closes on May 1st at midnight. You will receive your onboarding details and app access before the start date so you are ready to go from Day 1.
How much time does this actually require per week?
Around 3 to 6 hours per week in total. That covers your training sessions, the weekly live call (around 45 to 60 minutes), and daily tracking (10 to 15 minutes). It is designed to fit around a full work schedule, not replace your life.
Is this a group programme or 1-on-1 coaching?
It is a structured group programme. You get personalised nutrition targets, a training plan tailored to your setup, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me in the WhatsApp group and on the weekly calls. If you want fully 1-on-1 coaching, ask about Forever Fit 1:1.
I do not have a gym. Can I still join?
Yes. When you sign up you will fill in a short onboarding form including your equipment setup. Your training programme will be built around what you have. Gym, dumbbells, or bodyweight. All three options are available.
I have tried tracking before and found it stressful. Will this be the same?
Tracking is a tool, not a permanent way of life. The goal is to use it to build awareness and make your habits automatic. Once things click, it becomes much lighter. You will never need to be obsessive. Consistent enough is enough. The education in the programme explains exactly why, so it stops feeling restrictive.
What if I fall off track during the 8 weeks?
That is expected. One of the core lessons in this programme is that falling off is part of the process. The real skill is how fast you get back. The weekly check-ins, the WhatsApp group, and the coaching calls all exist to catch you before a rough week becomes a full derail.
I travel a lot for work. Will this work with my schedule?
Yes. The programme is built to work with a lifestyle that moves. You will learn how to train on the road, eat well at restaurants, manage your habits through airports and hotels. Travel is part of the curriculum, not an obstacle to it.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
Week 7 focuses on building your personal summer maintenance strategy. Week 8 closes with a full results review. Weight, waist, photos, training data. You leave with documented progress and a clear plan for what comes next. Many clients choose to continue into 1:1 coaching or a future programme. That conversation happens naturally at the end.
